I don’t follow the Insanity Nutrition Guide that comes with it at all. It is probably not the best idea not to follow it, and I don’t recommend not to. You will probably get better results if you do follow the guide. I just try to eat foods I’m use to eating at more healthy

Now,I am in my 28 day’s Insanity,and my fitness level really jumped, but i started feeling pain in both knees whenever I do the workout, then the pain in everything I do in my life.I was really dissappointed because i started to feel the defference at the same time I decided to quit the insanity workout.But guess what?

Before taking an Insantiy Workout I loved going to the gym and pushing myself as hard as I could on the bike, step machine, and treadmill.Insanity is the greatest best workout.An expience of my friend, He has a hard time losing weight but he dropped 30lbs in 3 weeks following the Insanity nutrition plan. Although Insanity DVD is such a intensity workout, but it is also has a fair amount of rest breaks in between. I would highly recommend watching the Insanity DVD before you start the program. Do a couple of the moves at your own pace and focus on getting the correct form. I am a klutz when it comes to cardio

Insanity workout DVD pushes you hard, makes you sweat, and leaves you aching. If you are starting this program without much of a cardio base built up, I would strongly consider holding off a week and spend some time running, jumping, and doing squats on your own first. This will help you get through the soreness you are sure

Insanity is not a workout to do on carpet. You need to purchase a wrestling mat in order to get all the workouts done properly. This workout is not for people who have bad arms(wrists) OR knees.
